VIPER support FAQ

Ceistean cumanta mu leabhraichean-làimhe, clàradh, agus taic airson a’ bhrand seo.

  • How do I exit Valet Mode on my VIPER system?

To exit Valet Mode, typically turn the ignition ON and then OFF, then press and release the Control Center (Valet) button one time. The status LED should change to indicate the mode has been exited.

  • How do I replace the battery in my VIPER remote?

Use a small flat blade or coin to carefully pry open the remote case. Most VIPER remotes use CR2016, CR2032, or CR2450 batteries. Check the specific model number on the back of your remote for the correct battery type.

  • Where can I find the Control Center in my vehicle?

The Control Center (antenna) is usually mounted on the upper part of the front windshield behind the rearview mirror. It contains the Status LED and the Valet/Control button used for programming.

  • Why is my VIPER remote not working?

First, check if the battery needs replacement. If the battery is good, the remote may need to be re-paired with the system, or the system might be in Valet Mode. Consult the owner's guide for re-pairing instructions specific to your model.
