To check voicemail, dial *86 from your Nextiva phone. When prompted, enter your PIN (the default is often 0000) followed by the pound (#) key.
While on a call, press the Transfer button and dial the recipient's number. Wait for them to answer so you can announce the call, then press Transfer again to complete the process.
The default PIN for new accounts is typically 0000. You will usually be prompted to change this to a secure 4-digit PIN during the initial setup.
Ensure the device's MAC address is assigned to a user in the NextOS admin portal. Then, access the phone's Setup menu to configure the Server Address to the specific Nextiva provisioning URL (e.g., dm.nextiva.com).
