Remove the earbuds from the charging case so they turn on and enter pairing mode automatically (LEDs will flash red and blue). Enable Bluetooth on your device, search for your specific MOZOTER model, and select it to connect.
Try resetting the earbuds by placing both of them back into the charging case and closing the lid. Make sure the charging contacts are clean and both earbuds are fully charged, then remove them at the same time and attempt repairing.
While the earbuds are on but disconnected from your mobile phone, quickly click the touch sensor on both earbuds four times simultaneously. The lights will flash before the earbuds shut down, indicating the memory has been cleared. Delete previous pairing profiles from your phone before reconnecting.
