Locate the Reset button on the device. Press and hold it for approximately 10 seconds until the status LEDs indicate a reboot. The device will restart with factory default settings.
For many DZS Optical Network Terminals, the default username/password is often admin/dzsi. However, this may vary by model or ISP configuration, and it is recommended to change the password immediately after logging in.
The LEDs provide status information such as power, broadband connectivity (WAN/PON), Wi-Fi activity (2.4G/5G), and alarm states. A red Alarm LED typically indicates a loss of signal or hardware issue.
Connect a computer to the LAN/GE port of the device via Ethernet. Open a web browser and navigate to the default IP address, commonly 192.168.1.1, then log in with your credentials.
