You can test the hearing loop system using a Contacta loop listener. Ensure the loop listener has fresh batteries to confirm the magnetic field is functioning properly.
A solid red LED indicator on the Volume In or Volume Out bar typically indicates a fault with the connected microphone, either on the staff or customer side. Ensure the microphone is wired correctly and securely plugged in.
