Loading Fasteners (Nails/Staples)

  2. Tilt the tool and place nails/staples into the track of the magazine channel. Ensure the fastener points are placed against the bottom of the magazine.

Nail Viewer Uinneag

An t-ingne viewer window allows you to quickly check the fastener level. When the window shows dearg, it indicates the magazine is without nails. When it shows dubh, it indicates the magazine contains nails.

The nail gun features two firing modes: Single Firing Mode and Contact Firing Mode. Select the desired mode using the switch located near the LED indicator.

  • Shift the mode switch to the taobh chlì (single firing icon).
  • Depress the contact pin against the workpiece.
  • Squeeze the trigger to fire a single fastener.

  • Depress the contact pin against the workpiece to fire fasteners continuously as the tool is moved along the surface.

Thoir an aire: If the contact pin is not depressed against the workpiece before squeezing the trigger (in single firing mode) or if the trigger is not squeezed before depressing the contact pin (in contact firing mode), the nail gun will not shoot fasteners due to the safety protection device.

Adjust the fastener driving depth using the depth adjustment wheel located near the contact pin. Turning the wheel allows you to set the desired depth for various materials and applications.

Solais LED

The tool is equipped with LED lights on both sides to illuminate the work area, which is particularly useful in low-light conditions. The LED lighting can be activated via the LED Lighting & Indicator Switch.

The LED indicator provides visual feedback on the tool's status:

5. Cumail suas

Clearing Jammed Fasteners

If the LED indicator turns red and flashes, it signifies that nails/staples are jammed. Follow these steps to clear the jam:

  1. Remove the battery from the tool to prevent accidental firing.
  2. Open the magazine using the quick release mechanism.
  3. Carefully remove any jammed nails or staples from the magazine channel. A small tool like a screwdriver may be used to assist, but ensure it does not damage the tool.
  4. Close the magazine and reinsert the battery.

  • Always use the provided DURATECH 20V Li-ion battery and charger.
  • Recharge the battery at least once every three months to prevent over-discharge and potential damage, even if not in use.
