  1. Luchdaich Beans Cofaidh: Open the lid of the bean hopper and pour in the desired amount of whole coffee beans. Close the lid securely.
  2. Tagh Suidheachadh Bleith: Rotate the grind adjustment dial located at the base of the bean hopper to select your desired fineness. Settings range from 0 (finest for Espresso) to 48 (coarsest for French Press).

  3. Choose Grinding Mode: Use the control panel to select either a pre-set cup size (single or double shot) or manual grinding time. The display shows the selected time in seconds.

  4. Tòisich a 'bleith: Press the start button. The grinder will operate for the selected duration. For manual mode, press the play/pause button to start and stop.
  5. Use Air Blower: After grinding, gently press the double-layer silicone air blower on top of the hopper a few times to clear any remaining grounds from the chute. This helps maintain cleanliness and reduces retention.
