To turn the air fryer on, press the Cumhachd button. The display will illuminate. To turn it off, press the Cumhachd button again. The display will turn off, except for the power button icon.

The default cooking temperature is 350°F and the default time is 15 minutes. To begin cooking, press the Tòisich/stad button (play/pause symbol). The colon on the time display will flash during cooking.
