Ro-ràdh
This manual provides essential information for the safe and efficient operation, installation, and maintenance of your Metabo TBP 6200/8 INOX submersible borehole pump. Please read these instructions carefully before using the pump for the first time. Keep this manual in a safe place for future reference.
Stiùireadh sàbhailteachd
Cùm na ceumannan sàbhailteachd a leanas an-còmhnaidh gus casg a chur air dochann pearsanta agus milleadh air an uidheamachd:
- Ensure the power supply matches the specifications on the pump's rating plate.
- Never operate the pump without water. Dry running can cause severe damage.
- Do not use the power cable to lift or lower the pump. Always use a suitable rope or chain.
- Dì-cheangail am pumpa bhon t-solar cumhachd mus dèan thu obair-chàraidh no glanadh sam bith.
- Cùm clann agus daoine gun chead air falbh bhon phump a tha ag obair.
- Ensure proper grounding of the electrical connection.
- Na pumpaich lionntan lasanta, spreadhaidh no creimneach.
Suidhich
1. Unpacking agus Sgrùdadh
Carefully remove the pump from its packaging. Inspect the pump for any signs of damage that may have occurred during transit. If any damage is found, do not use the pump and contact your supplier.
2. Attaching the Suspension Rope
Attach a strong, non-stretchable rope or chain to the designated eyelets on the pump. This rope will be used to lower and retrieve the pump from the borehole. Ensure the knot is secure.

5. Ceangal dealain
Connect the pump's power cable to a suitable, grounded electrical outlet. Ensure the circuit is protected by a residual current device (RCD) for safety.
Stiùireadh Obrachaidh
1. A 'tòiseachadh air a' Phump
Once the pump is fully submerged and all connections are secure, switch on the power supply. The pump will begin to draw water. Monitor the initial operation for any unusual noises or vibrations.
2. Monitoring Operation
Regularly check the water flow and pressure. If the flow decreases significantly or the pump makes unusual noises, switch it off immediately and investigate the cause.

3. A’ dùnadh sìos
To stop the pump, simply switch off the power supply. If the pump will not be used for an extended period, disconnect it from the power source and follow the maintenance and storage guidelines.
Cumail suas
1. Glanadh cunbhalach
Periodically remove the pump from the borehole and clean its exterior, especially the intake screen, to prevent blockages. Use clean water and a soft brush. Do not use harsh chemicals.
2. Ullachadh airson a’ gheamhraidh
In regions with freezing temperatures, remove the pump from the borehole before winter. Drain all water from the pump and hoses to prevent damage from freezing. Store the pump in a dry, frost-free location.
3. Stòradh
When not in use, store the pump in a clean, dry, and well-ventilated area, protected from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
