The HENDI UNIQ Chafing Dish, designed by Robert Bronwasser and winner of the Red Dot Design Award 2024, is an advanced appliance for keeping food warm at buffets and events. It features a digital control panel for precise temperature management and an integrated glass lid for convenience.

2. Suidheachadh: Place the main unit on a stable, level, heat-resistant surface, away from walls and other heat sources, ensuring adequate ventilation.
3. Insert GN Container: Place the empty GN1/1 container into the main unit. Ensure it sits securely.
4. Ceangal cumhachd: Plug the power cord into a suitable 220V/700W grounded electrical outlet. The digital display will illuminate.

Stiùireadh Obrachaidh

1. Cumhachd air: Press the power button on the digital control panel. The display will show the current temperature and operating time.
2. Suidhich Teòthachd: Use the temperature control buttons (usually '+' and '-') to set the desired warming temperature between 35°C and 85°C. The display will show the set temperature. The unit will automatically heat up to this temperature. The last set temperature is saved for future use.
3. Cuir Biadh ris: Once the desired temperature is reached, carefully place the pre-cooked, warm food into the GN1/1 container.

5. Stòradh: Store the chafing dish in a clean, dry place when not in use.
