Suidhich

1. Stàladh bataraidh

Proper battery installation is crucial for the device's functionality. Please follow these steps carefully:

  1. For the Floating Sensor (Transmitter):
    • Unscrew the top cap of the floating sensor.
    • Insert 2 x AA 1.5V Alkaline batteries, observing the correct polarity (+/-).
    • If using rechargeable batteries, ensure the solar function switch (if present) is turned ON. If using alkaline batteries, ensure the solar function switch is turned AIRSON to prevent battery damage.
    • Securely re-attach the top cap, ensuring the waterproof seal is properly seated.
  2. For the Indoor Receiver Unit:
    • Open the battery compartment cover on the back of the receiver unit.
    • Insert 2 x AAA 1.5V Alkaline batteries, observing the correct polarity (+/-).
    • Dùin an còmhdach roinn bataraidh.

Important: Always install the outdoor sensor battery first, followed by the indoor monitor battery. Incorrect order may prevent connection or display of readings.

2. Sioncronachadh tùsail

After battery installation, the receiver unit will attempt to connect with the floating sensor. This process may take a few minutes.

  • Place the floating sensor in the water (e.g., pool, pond).
  • Place the receiver unit in your desired indoor location, ensuring it is within 300 feet (100 meters) of the sensor and free from major obstructions.
  • Wait for the indoor monitor to display data from the outdoor transmitter. Do not press any buttons on the receiver until the outdoor temperature reading appears.

Stiùireadh Obrachaidh

1. A’ leughadh teòthachd

  • Once synchronized, the receiver's LCD display will show the current water temperature (from the floating sensor) and the indoor ambient temperature.
  • The display also shows the current time and date.

2. A 'suidheachadh Ùine agus Ceann-latha

Refer to the specific buttons on your receiver unit (usually labeled MODE, SET, UP, DOWN) to adjust the time and date. Typically:

  1. Brùth an MODE putan gus gluasad tro mhodhan taisbeanaidh (m.e., ùine, inneal-rabhaidh).
  2. When in time display mode, press and hold the SET putan gus modh roghainnean a chur a-steach.
  3. Cleachd an UP agus DOWN putanan gus luachan atharrachadh.
  4. Brùth SET a-rithist gus dearbhadh agus gluasad chun ath shuidheachadh.

3. A ’suidheachadh innealan-rabhaidh

The device includes an alarm function. To set an alarm:

  1. Brùth an MODE putan gus an tèid an t-àm rabhaidh a thaisbeanadh.
  2. Brùth agus cùm an SET putan gus a dhol a-steach don mhodh suidheachadh rabhaidh.
  3. Cleachd an UP agus DOWN putanan gus an ùine rabhaidh atharrachadh.
  4. Brùth SET a dhearbhadh.
  5. Activate/deactivate the alarm using the designated alarm button (refer to your unit's specific button layout).

Cumail suas

  • Glanadh: Wipe both the sensor and receiver units with a soft, damp aodach. Na cleachd luchd-glanaidh sgudail no solventan.
  • Ath-nuadhachadh bataraidh: Replace batteries in both units when the display becomes dim or readings become inconsistent. Follow the battery installation steps in the Setup section.
  • Suidheachadh mothachaidh: Ensure the floating sensor is not obstructed and has adequate exposure to sunlight if using rechargeable batteries with the solar function.
  • Stòradh: Ma bhios tu a’ stòradh an inneil airson ùine mhòr, thoir air falbh na bataraidhean uile gus casg a chur air aodion. Stòraich ann an àite fionnar, tioram.
