3.2 Microphone Attachment

  1. Identify the microphone port on the left earcup.
  2. Gently insert the microphone boom into the port until it clicks into place.
  3. Adjust the microphone's position for optimal voice pickup, typically near the corner of your mouth.

3.3 Headset Adjustment

Important Note: The military connector is compatible only with Earmor PTTs or TCI/Nexus PTTs. It is not compatible with Element or Z-T PTTs due to different wiring configurations.

  • To power on, press and hold the power button (usually located on one of the earcups) for approximately 2 seconds until you hear an audible tone.
  • To power off, press and hold the power button again for approximately 2 seconds until you hear a different audible tone.

4.4 Auto Shut-off Feature

The headset is equipped with an automatic shut-off feature that activates after 4 hours of inactivity to conserve battery life. To resume operation, simply power the headset back on.
