To turn off the scale, press and hold the central rotating knob for a few seconds until the display turns off. The scale will also auto shut-off after 3 minutes of inactivity.

Place an empty container on the scale platform. The display will show the weight of the container.
Press the central rotating knob once to activate the Tare function. The display will reset to "0.0" or "0g".

To add another ingredient, press the central rotating knob again to tare the scale to zero. Add the next ingredient. Repeat this process for all ingredients.
Gu view the total weight of all ingredients and the container, remove the container from the scale. The display will show a negative value representing the total weight.
