This SureFit replacement muffler is designed to reduce engine noise and direct exhaust gases away from the operator on various horizontal mower engines. It is a direct replacement part engineered for compatibility and performance.

Follow these steps to replace your engine's muffler. Tools required may include a wrench or socket set.

  2. Locate Old Muffler: Identify the existing muffler on your engine. It is typically connected to the exhaust port.

  5. Install New Muffler: Thread the new SureFit muffler onto the exhaust port by hand to ensure it starts correctly and is not cross-threaded.

  • If leaks are detected, turn off the engine, allow it to cool, and re-tighten the muffler.
