2. Using the Infrared Thermometer
- Point the thermometer's laser at the center of your pizza stone or cooking surface.
- Press and hold the trigger. The temperature will be displayed instantly on the digital screen.
- For optimal pizza baking, aim for a stone temperature between 750°F and 900°F (approximately 400°C to 480°C). The thermometer can measure up to 1000°F (550°C).
- You can switch between Celsius and Fahrenheit readings using the designated button on the device.
3. Using the Pizza Cutter
- Place the cooked pizza on a stable cutting surface.
- Hold the pizza cutter firmly by the handle.
- Apply downward pressure and roll the sharp wheel across the pizza to create clean slices.
