5.1. Ron Tomhas
- Seachain ithe, smocadh no eacarsaich airson co-dhiù 30 mionaid mus tèid tomhas a dhèanamh.
- Gabh fois airson 5-10 mionaidean ann an àrainneachd shàmhach mus dèan thu tomhas.
- Suidh gu comhfhurtail le taic do dhruim agus do chasan còmhnard air an làr. Na cuir do chasan tarsainn.
- Cuir do ghàirdean air uachdar còmhnard gus am bi an cufa aig ìre a’ chridhe.
- Thoir air falbh aodach teann bho do ghàirdean àrd.
5.2. A ’cur a’ chuinneag an sàs
- Place the cuff on your bare upper arm, approximately 2-3 cm above the elbow joint.
- Ensure the artery mark on the cuff aligns with your brachial artery (on the inside of your arm).

- Bruthadh-fala Diastolach (DIA): The bottom number, indicating the pressure when your heart rests between beats.
- Ìre Pulse: Do reat cridhe gach mionaid.
