This manual provides instructions for the assembly, installation, and maintenance of the TOPTECH TechPure TT-FM-1625 QB OEM Replacement Filter. This filter is designed for use with TechPure by TOPTECH model TT-MAC-1625 air cleaners. It features a MERV 11 rating for effective air filtration.

The QwikBox design allows for a collapsed filter for easier shipping and requires assembly prior to installation. Please read all instructions carefully before proceeding.

1. Step 1: Prepare the Filter Base

   Place the collapsed filter on a flat surface with the tabs facing up and the metal down. To open, gently lift, pull, and shake on both ends simultaneously from the shaded area as indicated in the diagram.

2. Step 2: Form the Filter Sides

   Fold up any sides that may be stuck down. Be careful of sharp edges on the metal frame. The filter should now resemble a box-like structure with pleats, as shown in the diagram.
3. Step 3: Install the Filter Lid

   Open the filter lid and erect the corners as shown. Apply the lid to the bottom section of the filter, following any instructions printed directly on the filter lid itself.

Caution: The metal edges of the filter can be sharp. Handle with care to avoid injury.
