Assembling the Lid:

Filling the Pressure Cooker:

• Always add a minimum of 250 ml (approximately 1 cup) of liquid.
• Do not fill the cooker more than 2/3 full for most foods.

Setting Cooking Levels:

The Sicomatic e-Control features a control dial on the handle with three cooking levels:

• Ìre 1 (Socair): For delicate foods like fish, vegetables, or fruits.
• Ìre 2 (Àbhaisteach): For most meats, stews, and grains.
• Level 3 (Fast/Intensive): For very tough meats or foods requiring maximum cooking speed.

Turn the dial to select the desired cooking level before placing the cooker on the heat source.

Cleaning the Lid and Handle:

The lid (without the handle) is dishwasher safe. The handle, which contains the e-Control mechanism, should be removed from the lid and hand-washed. To remove the handle, press the release button (if applicable) or follow the specific instructions in your detailed manual. Clean the handle under running water, ensuring all food particles are removed from the valve and mechanism.
