The COX M75 is a manual dispenser designed for dual 75ml x 75ml cartridges. It features a stubby cartridge system and provides a mechanical advantage of 18:1, making it suitable for use with low to medium viscosity materials.   1. Prepare Cartridges: Ensure the dual 75ml x 75ml epoxy cartridges are at the recommended temperature for dispensing as specified by the epoxy manufacturer. Remove any caps or seals from the cartridge nozzles.
  2. Retract Plunger: Pull the plunger rod of the applicator all the way back until it locks into place, creating space for the cartridges.
  3. Insert Cartridges: Carefully insert the dual epoxy cartridges into the applicator's frame. Ensure the cartridge nozzles are aligned with the front opening and the base of the cartridges rests securely against the support discs. The stubby cartridge system is designed for a precise fit.
  4. Attach Mixing Nozzle: Securely attach the appropriate static mixing nozzle to the end of the cartridges. Ensure it is tightly fastened to prevent leaks during dispensing.

  1. Initial Dispense (Purge): Before applying to your workpiece, dispense a small amount of material onto a scrap surface. This ensures proper mixing within the nozzle and purges any unmixed material.
  2. Apply Material: Position the nozzle at the desired application point. Squeeze the trigger handle to dispense the epoxy. The 18:1 mechanical advantage provides efficient dispensing for low to medium viscosity materials.
  3. Sruth Smachd: Maintain steady pressure on the trigger for a consistent bead. Release the trigger to stop the flow.

  • Lubrication: Periodically apply a light coat of silicone-based lubricant to the plunger rod to ensure smooth operation.
  • Inspect Wear Compensating Device (WCD): The WCD is designed to maintain consistent pressure over time. Regularly check its function to ensure proper engagement with the plunger rod.
  • Stòradh: Store the applicator in a clean, dry place, away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. Ensure the plunger rod is fully retracted before storage.
